Sicily has over 14 years of experience in the jewelry industry and 10+ years with Diamond Banc. She began her jewelry career in retail sales, where she gained a vast knowledge of many designer brands. She has managed online sales for a multi-million dollar retail store through eBay, 1st Dibs, and other pre-owned luxury jewelry-selling websites. She is a GIA Diamonds Graduate and is working towards completing her Graduate Gemologist degree on scholarship.

Sicily assisted us with evaluating jewelry that my wife no longer needed. She is very detailed oriented and the consummate professional. Absolutely phenomenal establishment with a very pleasant atmosphere. Everyone I spoke with was genuine and polite. Initially what it brought me in to the store was letting go of some of my loose odds and ends you know the non sentimental jewelry. The service in my opinion was definitely what will bring me back. Oh I almost forgot to mention that they were still on so inviting even though I had shown up late for my appointment. Upon setting up my appointment a very short time later I’d received notification with stellar instructions for my travel to get me there. This was a wonderful added touch and oh so thoughtful.
