Honestly it is a pleasure to leave this review for David and Diamond Banc. From setting up my appointment online and finding them on Google Maps, to the final outcome that met and even exceeded my expectations. David was very quick to reply to my request for an appointment to sell my Cartier watch. Very friendly over text message and even friendlier in person, not really what one would expect from any other pawn service. Certainly not the kind of service I have received in the past. David was able to pay out what I had requested, he was also very flexible as I was very late to my appointment. He was professional, very friendly, easy to communicate with, and never made me feel as though I was taking up his time although I kept him waiting and kept him from his lunch. Within two hours of meeting with him I received the wire transfer. I would recommend no other luxury pawn or selling service in Miami. Thank you again David!
